Cottage four-season, fully furnished, located on the shore of the Petite-Nation.
Two large bedrooms, living and dining rooms with panoramic windows with a view to the river.
Sizeable shed, ideal for storing outdoor equipment and garden tools
Very peaceful area, but within reach of the village and services. No neighbors in front and in the back. Minutes away from Lac Simon.
Recent renovations include the roof (2014) facade in the back (2017), kitchen and sauna (2018) and dock (2019).
The cottage comes fully equipped and furnished, with the exception of the bed in the bedroom on the first floor.
The sauna can be excluded from the sale for the equivalent of 7000$.
