Owners’ comments
Beautiful house well located (central area). Close to schools, supermarkets, buses and Highway 50. It offers three large bedrooms including a walk-in in the master bedroom. You will find upstairs a beautifully renovated bathroom with ceramic shower and a huge bath perfect for relaxing.
The open concept ground floor includes a large living room, a renovated shower room, a functional kitchen, and a large inviting dining room.
In the basement is a family room, a laundry room, a cedar closet, plenty of storage space and you can even make a 4th bedroom.
The backyard faces west and you will find an above ground pool, an 8x10 shed (2017) and two large patios covered with permanent gazebos (2018). There is also a gas exit for the BBQ.
