Nice non-smoking one-bedroom condo, very well maintained and very clean. Located in the coveted Plateau de la Capitale area (Hull sector). Close to bus stops and 15 minutes drive from downtown Ottawa. Ground floor level with patio door and terrace facing west. Laminate and ceramic floor (no carpet). Open concept living room, kitchen, and dinette. Ceramic kitchen counter backsplash. Lots of storage. Quiet neighbors and well soundproofed.
Stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, washer, dryer, electric fireplace, air exchanger, and air conditioning (all without legal warranty). Hot water tank was changed in December 2021.
