Very nice, large and bright one-bedroom apartment, ultra central, located at 285 Laurier St. Gatineau, Qc. at the entrance of the Jacques-Cartier park, 2 minutes walking distance to Alexandra Bridge to Ottawa.
The apartment is the largest design in the building for the one bedroom type in the building, and it comes with an indoor parking spot. Underground garage is being completely refurbished. Adapted for reduced mobility.
The balcony has a nice view to the Jacques Cartier park. Total area approximate 70 square meters. New windows and balcony doors replaced in 2015 by the condominium corporation. Approximate dimensions are listed separate.
The TV cable, hot water included in the monthly fee.
Pets allowed: one per apartment.
