A beautiful 2,800 square feet residence in the country with a nice Provencal touch! 

Located in the very heart of the Petite-Nation and just a few minutes away from Highway 50. 45 minutes from Ottawa, 1h15 from Montreal and 55 minutes from Tremblant.  6 km from Papineauville, Saint-André-Avellin and Montebello. 

Perched on a hill, on a beautiful 1.5 acre lot. Very private and surrounded by big fields. No immediate neighbours. 200 meters away from a road which sees very little traffic.

Has a nice yard with a 20' x 40' inground, salt water pool with springboard. New liner installed in 2017. 

There are hardwood floors (5 inches wide) almost everywhere in the house, except for the terracotta-floored entrance and kitchen.
