Magnificent cottage 4 season, well maintained.
2nd floor 2 bedrooms and a loft that accommodates 3 beds (possibility to make it a 4 bedroom).
Washroom and shower renovated august 2020.
On the 2nd floor, balcony on the front-facing the road and back of the cottage facing the yard. The 2 balconies were renovated in 2016. The exterior doors were replaced in July 2016.
On the main floor kitchen is 14 x 22. Melamine upper cupboard installed in 2016. The windows are double-hung.
