Owners’ comments
Four-season waterfront piece of Gatineau Hills heaven with a great view of the setting sun. Situated on Lac McMullin in St-Pierre-de-Wakefield, forty minutes north of downtown Ottawa. A renovated restful retreat. A turnkey home by the lake.
Newly installed recycled hardwood flooring throughout. A large upper and lower deck for sunset and star gazing. Sunroom addition.
Also new: bathroom, windows, roof and pine siding. We used the same pine and architectural shingles on the large detached garage (34' x 22'). The garage has a concrete floor, insulation, an efficient wood stove for year-round use and plenty of light with six windows and three light fixtures.
Hard to see or be seen by neighboring cottages on our cul-de-sac. To the north and east are high cedar hedges and to the south an open field. Lac McMullin is the property line to the west.
