Due to the great popularity of the first phase of which 55 lots were sold, Phase 2 is expected to be finalized in the summer of 2021 but all 27 lots are available for reservation. An accepted promise to purchase and a deposit of $1000 at the notary in trust are required to reserve a lot.

Conditions of purchase
