A warm, family and multifunctionalhome!
The dining room and living room are open concept. The living room has a warm slow-burning fireplace that will make sure you won't want to leave it during autumn and winter evenings. The dining room also leads us to a three-season veranda that gives us access to the backyard to make the most of our summers: patio, gazebo, semi-inground and heated salt pool , all this fenced and embellished with a cedar hedge.
The basement has great advantages: training room, home cinema, poker room (cigar room), possibility to make another bedroom, several storage and a bathroom.
Upstairs we find the master bedroom with a seating area that gives us a view of the river adjacent to the bathroom which has a whirlpool bath and a therapeutic shower .
