Very nice office with large part warehouse.
Everything has been renovated ready for use. Electric garage door, camera system, central sweeper, server room, network wiring, telephone wire, electricity and even plumbing. New custom made windows, doors and office furniture. Very nice reception including drawers for accounting.
The office section has been divided into several rooms: 1 reception, 3 large offices, 1 dining area with kitchenette and a bathroom.
2 pedestrian doors have been added giving access to the workshop. This local workshop on the warehouse side has been isolated for noise. Windows have been added and all others have been replaced. The concrete slabs have been renovated. Insulation has also been improved.
In addition, we have arranged the rooftop to store accounting equipment or pieces. This space is very large and perfectly accessible.
In terms of heating, we added a forced air system with heat pump and air exchanger on the office side. 4 hot water heaters including a new kettle were also added on the warehouse side. This in order to make the building perfectly comfortable.

Très beau bureau avec grande partie entrepôt.

La section bureau a été divisée en plusieurs pièces soit : 1 réception, 3 grands bureaux, 1 coin repas avec cuisinette et une salle d'eau.
2 portes piétonnes ont été ajoutées donnant accès à l'atelier. Ce local atelier du côté entrepôt a été isolé pour le bruit. Des fenêtres ont été ajoutées et toutes les autres ont été remplacées. Les dalles de béton ont été rénovées. L'isolation a été aussi améliorée.
De plus, nous avons aménagé l'entre toit pour permettre d'y entreposer du matériel ou des pièces de comptabilité. Cet espace est très grand et parfaitement accessible.
Pour ce qui est du chauffage, nous avons ajouté un système à air pulsé avec thermopompe et échangeur d'air du côté des bureaux. 4 aérothermes à l'eau chaude incluant une nouvelle bouilloire ont aussi été ajoutés du côté entrepôt. Ceci afin de rendre parfaitement confortable le bâtiment.
Le bâtiment est un endroit idéal pour tous les entrepreneurs en construction!!!!!
