Superb 31' x 29'6" cottage with independent entrance in the basement located in a family and dynamic neighborhood. Close to primary and secondary schools, many parks, including one right in front of the house and magnificent hiking trails, mountain biking in summer, and cross-country skiing in winter along the Lorette River.
Very easy access to the main highways of Quebec, Laval University, CEGEPs, and bridges in less than 10 minutes.
