Located in Montchâtel in a quiet area, close to all services (grocery stores, gym, cinema Le Clap, SAQ, hardware store and restaurants), with quick access to the Henri-IV motorway and Robert-Bourassa. There are several parks very close by including Montchâtel Park which has several walking and mountain biking trails. Saint-Claude Primary School (recently renovated) is less than a kilometre from the house and Roger Comptois High School is less than 2 km away.
The house is very functional with walk-in closet in all rooms, lights that turn on automatically, a sound system integrated into the ceilingsand open areas. You won't find any comparable in the neighborhood. A real turnkey!
