Owners’ comments
Charming country house halfway between the city of Quebec and the wonderful landscapes of Charlevoix. For nature enthusiasts, it is located 8 minutes from Mont Sainte-Anne and close to other ski resorts, hiking and mountain bikes.
It was a school of rank between 1890 and 1959. Moldings and woodwork have all been preserved. We find coffered ceilings.
Its large veranda, which is an asset to its coquetry, allows you to enjoy beautiful scenery and shelter from the sun and bad weather.
Located a few kilometers from the Cap Tourmente Wildlife Reserve, you can enjoy the migration of snow geese. No neighbors in the back, just large fields used for harvesting.
For 4 years, renovations have been carried out in the house, such as the kitchen, which has been redone in keeping with its rustic environment.
The Canadian sheet metal roof was redone this summer by professionals and is good for the duration of your life. By this major renovation, it is worth a potential for expansion inside very interesting.
The windows of the dormers have been changed.
The land includes 3 sheds that can serve as workshops and / or storage.
