Located 5 minutes from the university, the shopping centers, and the CLAP Cinema, this 4 1/2 style condominium is very pleasant.
Located on the 2nd floor of a 4-story building with an elevator. Very well maintained and very well managed building. View of woodland in a peaceful area. Balcony exposed to the sun for the evening (North-West). Secure entrance (camera) with intercom. Roof of the building redone in 2018.
Private parking outside and parking available in front of the building. Additional parking spaces are available for visitors.
