Very nice condominium, very clean, well managed, turnkey - excellent value for money. Close to several shops and bus stops (downtown 15 min.).


In a quiet area, less than 200 feet from the Saint-Charles River, with: bike path and hiking trail as well as a cross-country ski trail in winter, maintained by the city (nearly 10 km, perfect for training after work or during the weekend).

Private parking, air exchanger, air conditioning for hot summer days and gas fireplace to warm winter evenings! Ergonomic kitchen with cherry wood cabinet and granite kitchen counter, home theater sockets in the living room, large master bedroom with walk-in closet, corner bath, lots of storage space, chair rails in all rooms, balcony facing West, new roof and bike shed ($ 40 / year).
