Magnificent condo located in the heart of the upper town of Quebec!

This friendly little condo (520 square feet/450 living space) with a mezzanine, grandiose high windows, and 20-foot ceilings is perfect for a pied-à-terre, rental or to live in. It is superbly located on Grande-Allée (across from Le Concorde) less than a 5-minute walk from the Plains of Abraham and 2 minutes from restaurants, bars, and shops on Grande-Allée. Despite its location in the heart of the action, this condo is a haven of tranquility since it is located at the back of the building and therefore sheltered from the noise of Grande-Allée activities.

It is within walking distance of Old Quebec, Parliament, the Grand Theater, and Cartier Street and therefore grocery stores, pharmacies, and services as well as bus stops (among others 800-801). Really ideal if you don't have a car, to be 100% independent. If you have a car, it is very easy to park in the surrounding streets, since they are reserved for people with a city parking permit for this area (at the low cost of $80/year). Several paid underground parking lots are also available nearby.

The condo includes a fridge, stove, and microwave as well as a frontal washer and dryer, an air conditioning unit attachable to the windows as well as a remote-control ceiling fan in the bedroom. Gray blackout curtains, running the length of the windows, are also included. The first floor has 2 levels and includes horizontal storage of significant volume. There is also a private storage space in the basement of the building. The building includes a common terrace on the roof, with magnificent views, and has its own Canada Post mailbox inside.
