On a vendu! Le plus gros du défi a été de tenir les agents loin! Nous avons eu en moyenne 6 visiteurs par semaines les deux premiers mois, par la suite le troisième mois les deuxièmes visites et les offres d'achat sérieuses se sont présentées. Ne soyez pas pressé! On a trouvé le tout assez facile avec un bon service à la clientèle. Il y a une étape que nous regrettons de ne pas avoir faite avant c'est une inspection par un inspecteur certifié, nous aurions pu réparer et mettre aux normes certaines irrégularités, cela nous aurait permis de moins nous faire négocier, de faire économiser cet argent aux potentiels intéressés, cela aurait aussi mis l'acheteur en confiance plus vite en voyant notre rapport et économiser du temps et des papiers.
