Great location. Picturesque neighbourhood. Two-story home with 3 bedrooms and office located in Old Lévis across from the Terrasse du Chevalier-de-Lévis, only 10 minutes walk from the ferry and the Quai Paquet. Sunny family room recently renovated (windows, insulation, vaulted ceiling) with partial view on the St-Lawrence River, Old Quebec City, and the Chateau Frontenac. Complete modernization of the plumbing (new municipal hookup et water main), electrical update (electrical panel and boiler). New roof in 2015.
