Superb bungalow, one owner, in a very quiet area and close to everything. Over the years, we have done some work to make it more attractive and secure.

From the construction stage, the installation of an ESWA radian heating system (very economical, comfortable and less dust), a BIS fireplace and an insulation under the basement slab.

In 2001, redevelopment of the basement, installation of French doors, cedar wardrobe and floating preart Gerflor.

In 2003, installation of a 10 X 20 wooden pool.

In 2007, replacement roof house and shed.

In 2011, new crank windows everywhere (floor and basement), triple glass patio door. Installation of Canexel to replace wood on the front of the house.

In 2016, replacement of the water heater (prevention).
