Charming bungalow with heated garage, possibility of bi-generation or income. No rear neighbours (Stastny Golf).
New roof and swimming pool. Other recent improvements include house heat pump (heating and air conditioning), pool heat pump, central vacuum and hot water tank. Doors and windows and floor coverings are also in good condition.
