Our property is habitable year-round.
We are close to snowmobile, mountain bike trails and walking trails. Lake Chitogama and Peribonka River are about 6 km away.
There were 2 renovations, one in 2008 refurbished the kitchen and a 24' x 16' addition in 2011 to make a master bedroom and a new bathroom, which includes a heated ceramic floor, shower, sink and washer/dryer. The roof on the north side was redone in 2018.
The outdoor garage measures 30' x 40' with a 12' wide x 12' high electric door.
Location is a quiet place with only one neighbor on the other side of Lake Duchesne which measures 100 meters in length by 50 meters wide, not navigable but ideal for pedal boats.
All on a plot of more or less 113,000 sq. ft. We also have an artesian well dug in 2013 that provides us with clear water.

Le garage extérieur mesure 30 pi x 40 pi avec une porte électrique de 12 pi de large x 12 pi de hauteur.
L'emplacement est un endroit calme avec un seul voisin de l'autre côté du lac Duchesne qui mesure 100 mètres en longueur par 50 mètres de largeur, non navigable mais idéal pour le pédalo.
Le tout sur un terrain de plus ou moins 113,000 pi2. Nous avons aussi un puits artésien creusé en 2013 qui nous fournit une eau claire.
