Owners’ comments
Very nice property refurbished totally since its acquisition in 2002. Located on the edge of the Saguenay River in a non-floodable area, the river is navigable for an approximate distance of 35 km.
Since the acquisition, the electricity, plumbing, interior including windows, divisions, floors, exterior (imitation of roundwood) and the roof have all been redone.
The floors of the kitchen, dining room and bathroom are all heated. The fireplace is double combustion and diffuses heat into the sanitary vacuum using a turbine that is controlled from the inside.
All exterior buildings are made of round wood imitation and the roofs are all metal.
The land is fully landscaped with a beautiful water cascade of 100' with two retention basins that take its water from the river and return it using a submersible pump.

All services are located at 20 km (Jonquière) and 35 km (Chicoutimi) including shopping centre, schools, restaurant, hospital, etc.
