It is only recently that a path was built to make accessible this vast pristine and virtually unexplored lake.

Minutes from all services, you have, in nature, access to a navigable body of water for more than 23 km as well as a paradise for walleye, landlocked, salmon and most native species of the region fishing. The lots are huge and intimate, wooded with mature trees and access to the Hydro-Québec network. They are located directly on the water's edge, ready to build. Most courses have a sandy beach with the possibility of landing for launching boats.

The lake path is maintained by a committee of residents while building permits are issued by the city of Péribonka on plan approval.
