WELCOME to the virtual tour of our pretty house which is welcoming, peaceful and clear located in a beautiful natural setting with a PANOUAL VIEW of the St. Lawrence River, St.Barnabé Island and part of the city of Rimouski. We observe wonderful sunrises and sunsets. You can see different species of birds and different tree species. The neighborhood is far away. The house is located in an agricultural area and only 6.5 kilometers from downtown Rimouski. We are 7 minutes by car from the Centre hospitalier de Rimouski.

A quick occupation is possible.

Our sloping terrain is large with trees. We can even slip into it in the winter.

Our house has a beautiful fenestration and large ventilated rooms.

The ceiling of the living room has a cathedral roof.

The laundry room on the ground floor also has a powder room.

In the kitchen, a cupboard can be removed to make room for a dishwasher. All connections are present for the connection.

In the kitchen, a cabinet is installed with three bins (compost, waste and recovery).

In the master bedroom there is a terraced door with the bathroom.

The fireplace is outside located so as to see the river. A new fireplace was installed in early June 2018.
