Here is a pretty house in a peaceful area with lots of space and lots of woodlands. Located 4 km from the intersection of routes 112 and 640, benefit from the countryside while having quick access to downtown Sherbrooke. Perfect place for telework and to live serenely.
As soon as you arrive, you will be delighted with the solarium on the hardwood floor with lots of windows, a unique place for a private dinner. The open dining room with the living room is annexed to a kitchen that has oak cabinets, a counter, and a freshly renovated low wall.
The ground floor has 2 bedrooms and a semi-open office. Originally, the latter was a 3rd bedroom that can be converted. The bathroom has a shower bath and a laundry room on the ground floor.
The basement contains a 3rd (4th) bedroom. A family room and an open office complete the finished part. The workshop provides sufficient storage and gives access to the electrical input, a water softener system (2018), and a hot water tank (2018). Finally, it contains a bi-energy wood/electricity air heater which facilitates the maintenance of an ambient temperature even in very cold weather.
