Beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom Condo in an exceptional building (La Coupole) within walking distance of most basic services (pharmacy, supermarkets, bakery, restaurants, SAQ, cinema, library, schools, CLSC, dental care, Caisse Desjardins, banks, public transport, petshop and others), outdoor activity sites (ski centers, golf courses, hiking trails, biking, cross-country skiing, P'tit train du Nord trail, among others).
The building is safe, has an elevator, equipped with an outdoor heated inground pool and has a beautiful large landscaped lot bordered by a waterfall. The units are spread over 5 floors. The offered unit is on the third floor.
The unit has excellent natural light; Thanks to a generous fenestration facing east. Both bedrooms are of good size. It has several storage spaces, in the entrance hall; a large wardrobe and a large storage space, in the master bedroom; a large walk-in closet and a linen room, in the second bedroom; a large wardrobe that spans the width of the room and 18 sf storage space in the basement of the building.
