Beautiful condo in the highly sought after Plateau area in Hull, just minutes from downtown Ottawa. This condo is located on the 2nd floor, with 9-foot ceilings and an open concept which allows for a lot of beautiful sunlight (windows on 3 exterior walls). Living room is very spacious and has a newly renovated stone electric fireplace (2015). The kitchen is clean and up-to-date with a stainless steel hood vent installed in 2014. The dining room is the perfect size for entertaining. There are 2 large bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a ceiling fan with a remote installed in 2014 and has a large walk-in closet with upgraded built in shelving/cabinets. Spare bedroom closet also has an upgraded built in shelving unit. The bathroom contains a large soaker tub with separate shower. The balcony is off of the dining room which is perfect for summertime BBQ's. Storage room or office space right off of the living room. Living room is down the hall from bedrooms providing a nice division between these spaces.
